ANOTHER UPDATE

I think from now on, all the posts on this blog will be just giant updates on random stuff. That works better for me; just the way I'm wired. :) First up, Jude.

Jude is growing SO so so fast!!! He's not a little baby anymore! He knows a LOT of sign language (all done, peas, more, milk, horse) and is learning more rapidly. :) He watches DVD's called Signing Time!, and they teach American Sign Language for babies and toddlers so that they can communicate before they learn to talk. It's working for Jude! :) Oh, and for some reason he doesn't do the sign for banana (it's pretty hard for a baby to do), but he does say "na-na" for banana! He knows the sounds that a horse, cow, and sheep say (nay, moo, babababa). If we say "what does a horse say, Jude?" He'll often say "nay, moo, babababa!" all at once because he knows we normally ask him to say all of them! :) He is a little clingy to mommy and daddy, but I think he's growing out of that slowly. Whenever someone leaves the house he'll run up to them and say "ba!" (bye!).

Another big piece of news: Eliza and I got braces!!!!! You can see them in the picture of me, and you can sort of see them in the picture of Eliza. :)

All of these pictures were taken pre-much-needed-haircut for Jude. Thankfully, his hair is shorter now :)

I forgot to mention up there that Jude LOVES books. He will often want us to read one over and over once we get started :)

Back in August, we went to the fair, like we do every year. It was really fun! 

Aaaand we also started school the day after labor day. It's been fun :) 

No really, it has!!!! :D
