The Beach. . .

On Labor Day weekend, my dad took us girls and Jude to the beach! We had lots of fun and took lots of pictures! :)  Jude loved it so much. Like, so much. :) The weather was perfect, the water was not too cold, and the beach was not crowded at all!!!

We left at 6:00 in the morning.....this is what was waiting for us! :D

We laughed at Jude way to much, took pictures by the dozen, and ate way to many pretzels. 

Then we stopped at Walmart and got a whole lot of sunglasses...:)

These were Jude's sunglasses. HAHA no they were NOT. :)

After about six hours at the beach, we headed over to our favorite BBQ place! 

They had cold drinks in glass bottles! Coolest ever. :)

Go ahead, envy me. ;)

Then we went to get ice cream from Island Creamery!! :D (they give enormous amounts of ice cream)

Jude insisted that no one hold his hand.....growing up to fast. :)

After everyone got their ice cream, we all crammed into the car for a 3 hour drive home. *sigh* ;)

 I love spending time with my family. Those times where your stomach hurts from laughing so hard at something thats not really funny at all except when your shoved in a car with 4 awesome sisters, those times when you eat to much ice cream but then find out every else did the same and it's all ok :), those times when your lounging on sand covered towels with your big sisters listening to adventures in odyssey, and those times when you chase your two year old brother across the beach trying (in vain) to spray sunscreen on his back.

 It was an awesome way to end my summer. What did you do for Labor Day weekend?

Easter. . .

Easter was awesome! And I know. It was like ages ago. :) eh. whatev! We did the Easter egg traditiooon caaannndyyy food... Yup! We had fun. On the Saturday before Easter Sunday we had a HUGE party with TONS of relatives! And even like second cousins were there and stuff! :)  Jesus is alive!!! So go and live your life as a light shining to others and spread the good news of our salvation. :D

Fun times with family. . .

WOW!! Monday! Sorry everyone I'm late on my post! :D 


This past weekend we had my Aunt Stephanie, Uncle Paul, and cousins, Joshua and Samuel over! They came from England and stayed with us from Thursday (3/22/12) to the following tuesday! We had lots of fun! Especially since our two little cousins have English accents...aaannnd English accents are preeeettty cool...as you probably know...;) While they were here, we went to Adventure park! (the little boys seemed to really love that :D And we also went to see the Acts play that was at our Church! Jude seemed to LOVE having his cousins over, and enjoyed playing with boys his age. :) They left last week and flew to Chicago to see our dear family/friends Mr. and Mrs. Harding....they are such sweet people! Fun story!: 
kk. So I remember one time at Christmas at my Grandmas house, and I got this bowl and mixer thing for christmas...NOTE: I was like 3 yo...;) I loved it so much and I ask Mr. Harding to get under the table and play it with me...(don't ask why I wanted to play under the table but anyway...being the nice friend he was, he got down on his knees and played with me under the table!! :D Bless his heart..:D Anyway. As I was saying! 
So they flew over there to visit with them, and then they are flying to Richmond to see my Grandma. (which is where we come in.) 
We are leaving on Thursday to go on a two hour trip to go there to spend Easter with them! I'm excited for that! There will be my Grandmas brother's there and sister, and we will have our traditional egg hunt! (I'm probably to old to do it...but whatcha gonna do! You get candy!) My Grandma also asked me and my sister's to make brownies and cupcakes and stuff for Easter!!!! (she knows we loooove to bake) ;) This will also be Jude's first time looking for eggs! :D YAY! Then we will be celebrating Ellie's 18th Birthday on Friday!! Happy Birthday Ellie!

All the actors did great!

Jude Update. . .

Jude is growing sooo super duper fast!! :D He is 2 and one month now! (but he is basically as tall as a 3 yo) :P He knows lots 'o words but doesn't quite know how to put them together yet...;) He laughs now when everyone else does, and thinks everything is funny....(including throwing blocks at us) ;) He is preeeeetttyyy much in the terrible two's sorta area....:) He is a mischievous little boy...but it's hard not to love him! :D

I TOLD YOU I HAD SOME NEWS....

Well, here it is.

Ellie got a car!!! We got it from my grandmom, since she got a new one, so Ellie gets to "own" it!!!! (It still technically belongs to my parents, but since Ellie is going to get her license soon...) :) :) :)

Ellie is going to have her test on Wednesday, so PLEASE be praying that it will go well!!! Thanks!
