HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS, AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I hope you had a wonderful and blessed Christmas celebrating the birth of our Savior!

Our traditions start on Christmas Eve. We have a special dinner, and do a treasure hunt to find our Christmas pajamas.

Then we read Luke chapter 2, hung our stockings, and set out "Santa's" cookies and milk (none of us believe in Santa; in fact, we ask Daddy what kind of cookies he wants, etc. :D).

Then we all trooped upstairs to let my parents wrap and set out the presents.

On to Christmas morning. We always open our stockings first thing, then we have breakfast while opening our gifts.

Breakfast....

Not pictured: homemade cinnamon buns :)

Presents....

Hattie was riding her new bike around the house for most of the morning after we opened presents. :)

Jude wasn't too sure about his new car at first, but now if we put him in there he doesn't want to stop riding in it!

Oh and how could I forget?!? We got a Wii!!!

We have enjoyed this thoroughly. :)

Anyway, we had a wonderful Christmas, and we hope you did as well!
